75mgs Tren (both in right glute- had to poke twice due to cramping)

GYM: Back/Arms: 15 sets of lat pulldowns (4 different machines/different angles), 3 sets of rows, 6 sets of pull rows, 3 sets of machine lat angled pull downs. 4 sets of dips, 3 sets of laydown bar tri extension, 3 sets of skullcrushers, 3 sets 1 handed tri extension with db, 4 sets of rope pull down, 4 sets of bar push downs, 3 sets of reverse bar extensions, 3 sets of 1 handed cable extension.

Cardio 1,000 Calories burned

Thanks man. I have a show on June 7th I'm prepping for so I have been putting in a lot of extra work.

I'll post some updates about every two weeks until this cycle is done to show progress (cycle ends in exactly 1 month).
 
Day 61 Thursday
Sust 100mgs (both right chest)
Tren 75mgs

*I have decided for this last month to pin ED injections @ 125mgs Sustanon (sust) (875mgs wkly) & 100 mgs Tren (700mgs wkly). I have in the past weeks increased my dosages slowly have have not had any side effects other than trouble falling asleep.

Very odd, this cycle with the Sustanon (sust) and tren I have NO acne at all. This is very rare I have always had acne with any other cycle that I have done (this is the first with tren).

GYM: Light Legs: 5 sets squats, 15 sets of leg extensions, 3 sets of standing leg extensions, 3 sets of standing ham extensions, 5 sets of leg press, 4 sets of hack squat.

Cardio 200 calories burned
 
Day 65 Monday
150mg Sust
100mgs Tren (both in left glute)

GYM: CHEST/TRIS: about 20 sets for Chest & 15 sets for Tris.

Cardio: 300 calories burned.

Its good to see someone else who makes their legs a priority.


I noticed you do alot of sets, like 20-30 sets a day. May I ask what has made you choose this approach rather than a "typical" 12-15 sets?

Thanks. As for the amount of set I do. I have been doing this for a while now. I do this primarily to hit a muscle group at many different angles.

I'm def. not one of those guys that enjoy pinning themselves. In fact, I dread it. However, I have found over the years that the more stable I can keep my levels the less sides that I get..especially acne (which im prone too).

And I started with E the first half then switched over to A. Not running both.

Thanks bro. Show has not come around yet. Its in June but thinking I might have to postpone until July (taking vacation and I know that Ill be cheating like crazy).
