great work barry,. hows the libido with tren going for ya??


P- Everything is working out pretty good. Dick is still working when i need it. I havent reallly got any sides at all from this cycle (even with higher doses).

acne is very limited to none, no aggression probs, some sweating in the middle of the night and insomnia but nothing to major...

I'm really liking Tren and being almost 3 months into the cycle im assuming the worst is behind me now.

I was thinking of extending the cycle for another month and throwing in some Winstrol (winny) to get a little more dry look..thoughts P?

Hey man - still following - looks like it is going well for you. IMO Winstrol (winny) at the end couldn't hurt but i'm not really a huge fan of it. Just never got much bang for my buck with it. You are def thru the worst with the tren - at this point your body is used to it. Nice that the sides were manageable for you. i'm starting it up in 2 weeks and cant wait for my wife to start complaining about how sweaty i am at nite...;-)

100 Tren (both in Right quad)

GYM: CHEST: & Light Arms (just enough for a good pump in both bi's & Tri's). Did about 20-25 sets various angles & weights.

Cardio: 500 calories burned.

The next 2 weeks working hard core. Cutting carbs to under 15 per day. No alcohol, lean meats, and even though I hate it..incorporating shakes for higher protein throughout the day. I'll keep you posted on the progress. Aiming to lose about 2% body fat in the next two weeks. Caliber test done at exactly 9.5-10% right now.

I have actually never done Winstrol (winny) but hear that it can give you a nice dry lean look. Is there a better option other then Winny???

Dunno if it is better than Winstrol (winny) but i tried Anavar Oxandrolone on my last cut and it worked pretty good. you have to take about 60 mg a day - 20 is a minimum - really a ladies dosage. You have to just do trial and error IMO. I've read up about both and my experience with Winstrol (winny) was lackluster, but it was a real noobie all oral cycle - so there u go. The Anavar (var) is easier on the liver tho - but with either one you prolly wont run it more than 4 weeks, eh?

Cardio 350 calories burned.

Didnt really have much motivation today. Worked through it the best that I can. I got a new pre energy drink. However, it didnt do much for me. I think my body is getting use to everything right now.

Diet is spot on. Quit drinking, eating, and cut out the Cheat days!!!!!!!!!! Caliber test is at 9.5 BF trying to get to 8% before the cycle is done. I will start clen again in a few days. took a few days off (i like doing 1 wk on and 1 wk off).

Still havent decided on the Winstrol (winny) yet. I really dont have a great source for it yet (great meaning hearing good things). I MIGHT do some Oral Tren that I have left over for a few weeks at the end..still up in the air right now.

Back: Did about 20 sets.

I'm focusing more on isolation than anything else at this point. Going slow, proper form, and really flexing and unflexing the muscle that im training. The point of this is really trying to develop the muscle.

Cardio: 550 calories burned

Took a little to much Clen. Very shaky. Not a good idea.

GYM: Shoulders: Did 15 sets..Took it a little easy on the shoulders today.

Cardio: 500 calories burned.

I have noticed a little more acne the past few days since I have increased the dosages.

Also, I have had some horrible cramps the higher I make the dosage of Clen...I bought some Potassium pills a few days ago to help with the cramps. Seems to be helping.

**I think I'm going to cut the cycle a little short due to the fact that I'm going to run out of both Sustanon (sust) & Tren in about 3 days. I was going to finish with Winnie but decided against it at this point in time. However, I do have some Oral Tren left that I MIGHT take the last 2-3 weeks...still debating.. I dont want to bloat and cant remember if it made me puff up the last two time I have taken it.

For post cycle therapy (pct) I have Letro, Clomid, Prami, Stane....Im guessing I really dont need anything else..Suggestions welcome though.

GYM: Chest: about 20 sets..Heavy. Using 100lb - 130lbs DB for sets. Cables going for form and tightness in the chest.

Cardio: 200 calories burned.

Cycle is going to end today..at least for the tren and Sustanon (sust) (end of bottles). NOT going to incorporate anything else...END OF CYCLE.

I will post Pics Thursday or Friday.

Going to continue with the clen ..2 weeks on 2 off for about another month or so.

Barry Im really interested in your diet!! You dont have a whole lot of info on it besides it being atkins style with hardly any carbs... Do you refeed at all ? or have postwork carbs ? how much protein are you eating ? And how many calories ??
