bro, im liking what im seeing. i cant believe you lost all that weight from last cycle (fat). i know that your diet was dirty as fuck. what is your cardio routine to lose that much that quick and keep the muscle?????

my prob is that i lose mega strength when i do that...but it seems that your keeping that too...BITCH!!!

GYM: CHEST: 4 sets incline bench, 12 sets of DB Bench (different levels), 6 sets of reg bench, 9 total sets of three different machine bench/presses, 3 sets of DB flys, 12 sets of cables (different levels). *I also gave my biceps/triceps some good pumps with light weights between sets.
 
Day 45 Tuesday

175mgs Sustanon (sust) (right glute)

Weight: maintaining at 190lbs-which is a little heavy for me. Ideal weight at 7% BF would be around 178-181lbs for me. However, that is not calculating my muscle gain from last cycle. So maybe my new ideal weight is a little higher. I need to do a BMI and see exactly where im at.

GYM: Quads/Hams: 8 sets squats, 3 sets of lunges (90lb DB 20 steps), 4 sets of leg press, 10 sets leg extensions, 3 sets of ham machine, 6 sets of inner outter leg machines, 3 sets of strap leg extension.

Definitely noticing some hard breathing during workouts. I had to stop a few times to catch my breath.

Tried injecting today in right quad. must have hit a nerve instant pain, had to pull out and go into the glute. I will try tomorrow with the tren.

I have the same issue with getting winded - especially after heavy squats. I think it's a combo of the juice and carrying 20lbs more weight (muscle) than a year ago. I started swimming for cardio - what a humbling experience that was! ;-)

BTW tren in the quad? won't that hurt even more than the sust? i always shoot tren in the glutes - hate it.

BTW MASSIVE lunges dude! 90 lbs in ea hand???? Beast!

GYM:: Arms (tris/bis): 15 sets of DB isolation curls, 8 sets of seated cable curls (hitting different angles by adjusting height), 4 sets of bar curls, 30 weighted dips (65lbs), 4 sets rope pull down, 4 sets of push down bar, 3 sets of tri machine, 6-10 sets of randoms.

Cardio 600 calories burned.

GYM: Chest: Decline 4 sets (365 as a high), Incline 3 sets, DB bench 3 sets (110lbs high), DB mid bench 2 sets, DB high bench 2 sets, Cable bench different levels 10 sets, 10 sets of MISC machine bench.

One side effect that I want to mention that I have been having for about 2 weeks (not sure if its do to the tren, Sustanon (sust), prami, clomid..etc) is vision problems at night. The best way I can explain it is when my eyes are closed for a minute then I open them up i'm seeing spots or shadows of some sort. I'll wake up and see things that are not there for a brief second.

am GYM: Stairmaster, 1010 calories burned 8.5 miles.

PM Gym: Back/Legs: 5 sets squats, 5 sets leg press, 15 sets of leg extensions, 3 sets of lunges 100lbs DB (10 lunges each set), 15 sets of different back exercises.

Didnt get the best workout. I'm guessing its due to the fact that I went strong this morning and just ran out of juice at this point.

Very tired and will be going to be early!!!

GYM: Shoulders/Arms: 20 sets of seated DB presses, 10 sets of DB extensions/lateral raises, 6 sets of seated bar raises, 3 sets cable crossovers, 6 sets of dips, 3 sets rope pull downs, 3 sets of bar push downs, 6 sets cable extensions for tris, 2 sets overhead extensions, 10 sets of isolation curls (light weight), 3 sets bar curls (light weight), 10 sets of cable curls (bi's).

Had some great pumps at the gym today. I felt much better than the following days; more energy, focus & drive.

I need to step up my diet and quit drinking alcohol. Lately, that has been my set back. Meaning, slower progress. I need to man the fuck up and just do what needs to be done!

I think this is the end of my second week at doing arms 2x's week. No noticeable changes yet. Maybe, able to get easier pumps do to not full recovery. However, I will go at it for another 2-6 weeks and make a judgement call on whether this is something that was beneficial or negative on progress.
