and this was even before diving into MMA.

goal: 165-170 without gut and lots of quality muscles.

i enjoy this process...the whole shrinking down.

most people hates it..dislikes it..doesn't even dare talk about it.

so?? i can do it and that's it!!!
 
steak and more steak. I can eat truly awsome quantities of leans cuts as long as I have vegetables no starches or bread with it.
like a 12oz top sirloin and a bucket of salad. lose wieght consistenly.
peanut butter is for people who are naturally lean. and I've never only eaten two tbls of peanut butter.
