ok...when I was 110, I was having an abnormal thyroid and it was at that moment, age 19, that I was diagnosed of abnormal thyroid, which at that time, was set at hyperthyroidism, causing super high metabolism and palpitations and fatigue.
so as time goes by, I began working out till I loved it and went on to pig out. yes, I pigged out.
I put on..'FAKE' size..meaning, more bf% than muscles themselves. so from 110, i went to 190 and it wasn't pleasant. i could say I feel stronger on my 190, but suffered a lot.
no, i didn't juice...just ur usual pig out.
it took, i believe, 3-4 years....or something. can't recall
