First off...Congrats to Derek Jeter!! Surpassed the 3000 career hit milestone this afternoon with a homerun! He went 5 for 5 today with a HR, 3 singles, double and made the game winning RBI!
After doing legs yesterday my quads and hams were killing me! I could barely walk up my stairs cause they were so sore..but this morning they are better which is good. I went to the gym and did some chest today. My workout partner couldnt make it to the gym today so i decided to do dumbell presses no spot. I made some new PR's today! (in bold)
Gym: Chest
DB Flat Press: 100x10,
105x8,7,5
Incline (smith): 165x8, 170x8x2 (i was fatigued after flat bench)
Flat DB Flys: 45x8x3
Incline DB Flys: 35x10x3 (concentrated)
I was happy to have gotten 8 reps with 105s today! On my second set of 105 i asked this 18y/o guy to spot me and once i hit my 7th rep i took a little slower to get the weight up and he immidiatley grabbed my left wrist and pulled up, making the weight come inward and fall on my pec
what a retard! ugh i was pissed, so next set i just did it myself and only got 5 reps. Luckily my pec is fine.
Overall i had a great pump and my shoulders are looking huge IMO. They look alot broader and fuller.
After lifting i went to the scale and weighed in today at
187.5!
i did a little abs today also to try and firm up my lower abs that were rough from vacation lol.
Tomorrow if im not too sore ill do back and then arms on Monday, then take Tuesday off. man my scheulde got all screwed up. oh well...im making progress
