Tuesday, Week One of post cycle therapy (pct)

So far so good, which isn't saying much since this is day two but hey, it's a start! I feel normal (or at least as "normal" as I usually feel) with no signs of a "crash". Libido is still as high as it usually is and sexual function is not impaired at all. I feel energetic, more energetic then I have the last four or five days. Is this related to starting post cycle therapy (pct) and coming off of the AAS? Almost definitely too early to tell.

As for my workout today, I felt good. Was strong on my lifts and had good endurance. My right shoulder has been a bit sore since I benched last week but it loosened up nicely. Hopefully I can string a few of these types of workouts together and get some momentum.

I've never had a problem with a crash midway or after my post cycle therapy (pct) has been completed. Not sure why, just guess I'm lucky that way. Hopefully the trend continues.

Well, I can't say that I'm sorry to see the end of the nightly injections. They got tedious to say the least. 17 weeks was definitely long enough. :baby:
 
Thursday, Week One of PCT

Still feeling good. My sleep has seemingly got back to normal. Eight to ten hours is enough instead of needing fourteen. Thank God! Hopefully this continues. Sex drive is still normal and feel energetic throughout the day.

Today's workout was a bit of a joke however. Squat day and just had not groove going. Plus my abs were giving out on me. I've admittedly been slacking off in terms of heavy ab work and I think it is catching up to me. I have to start hitting it hard. I fucking hate the feeling of not being able to stand upright while squatting. Ugh, I guess I'm going to have to pay for my laziness now.
 
Sunday, Week One of PCT

When I wake up from sleeping I continue to actually feel awake and not still tired so I think I can officially declare my sleeping problems a thing of the past. Was it overtraining? Likely. While my total volume didn't go up, my weights did and I probably over extended myself by not watching for signs of overtraining while I was trying to push past barriers. Oh well, live and learn. I feel great now and my weights are still up so I can't complain.

As for sex drive, it has been down over the past couple of days but I think it is just a natural dip. Sexual function is still there so when called upon I can still perform. Calories are still high and joints feel good.
 
Too many days a week I think. I was going 5 days a week for most of my cycle. Not a good idea. I usually just through in an arm only day in on Wednesday that I really didn't need.
 
Yeah you should have taken more rest days instead.Anyways,you enjoyed your cycle,made good gains so now have fun with pct.....lol.
 
Tuesday, Week Two of PCT

Everything remains good. Trained bench today and the weight felt good. I tweaked my right lat on one of my latter sets so I didn't go any further beyond that, but whenever I do that it gets back to normal within a day or two so I'm not worried about it. Other then that, I felt energetic at the gym and definitely looked forward to it all day. Good signs.

Other then that, everything is pretty much unchanged. Calories are still high (maybe a little TOO high) and sex drive is still there. Feeling good.

It's always high whether I am on cycle or not, and yes I have consulted with doctors and am aware of the risks, etc. However, my blood pressure didn't rise that much (if at all) during this cycle. I've never really had a problem with that as long as I keep the water retention under control.
 
yeah i'm bloated as hell.lsat cycle my bp was not a factor but this time around i'm about 20/10 over normal 120/70 being normal 140/80 being high.it is that now it was alittle higher before i started a calcium/potasium/magnesium stack.just wondering cause i get a little anxious about heart stuff.even though i'm healthy as a horse.
 
Thursday, Week Two of PCT

Still feel good and haven't crashed or anything. Sex drive seems to have tapered off like I said before, it is likely just the ebb and flow of it naturally. Performance is not an issue. Did not eat enough yesterday and definitely paid for it in the energy department but I got back on track today. Not too much, but enough to keep me going.

As for training, it was great today and was looking forward to the gym for most of the day. I'll be switching up my training a bit starting next week. Nothing major in terms of changes, just a little tweaking. More details in the coming days.
 
Saturday, Week Two of PCT

I continue to eat like a pig. Protein remains high, but so do the carbs and fat. Haven't really noticed an increase in body fat or whatnot but I know it would come if I continue to eat this slop. I have to curtail it...soon. Meanwhile, pizza here I come.

Sleep is still good and energy remains high. The weights I am using have remained stable since I came off so there has been no noticeable reduction in strength thus far. Always a good sign. Next workout is not until Monday.
 
Good to hear everythings going well Aboot.Enjoy your pizza...lol.I think starting a training log as the guys are saying is a good idea.
