Aboot's Tren/Test, Boldenone/Test Cycle Journal

Tuesday, Week Twelve

I'm in that strange period of my cycle where it feels like I've been on forever but I'm worried that I only have six more weeks until it's all over. Ah, the joys of steroids.

Anyways, the strength gains jumped again during the latter part of last week and so far this week. Very encouraging. Hopefully I can continue it until the end of the cycle. I've been eating more lately and have finally concluded that I won't bother cutting until a while after this cycle is done. I just love the strength gains too much to limit my calories. Ah well, I can be pretty later.

As for the injections, they have been going as smooth as possible. No problems at all. I'm even beginning to like tricep injections. Of course now that I have said this I'll probably have a calf injection from hell later this week but for now I'll be happy.

Did you notice any body composition changes while on tren? Also how many cals/protein do you estimate your taking in a day?

Taking in about 5800 calories per day, but I'm not much for counting them unless I am cutting. I just make sure I am getting enough in and watch that my protein intake is adequate (at least 350 grams per day right now).

As for body composition changes, I definitely have noticed a bit of a drop in my body fat but nothing spectacular. Honestly I have been eating slightly above maintenance throughout most of this cycle so any fat loss has been a bonus.

I've just heard a lot about Tren having thermogenic capabilities even when above maintenance, though I'm sure some of it is quite exaggerated.

Thursday, Week Twelve

So, everything continues going well. Injections are fine and diet is solid. Training continues to go exceptionally well with a few rare abnormalities. One thing is that for the past few weeks my weights on barbell shrugs have been way down. Like 30 pounds below normal. Not sure why. My grip feels good and my traps aren't being affected by my back work. If anything, they should actually be better since I have rotated out deadlifts and rack pulls out of my back work the last few weeks. Hopefully it's just a weird thing that will correct itself, but we'll see.

Other then that, the weights continue to climb and I feel great.

Tuesday, Week Thirteen

Haven't written an update for a while so here goes...

Training: Weights continue to go up and up and up. Especially happy with my bench which I wanted to focus on during this cycle. I reached my unofficial goal for improvement this week in terms of weight for it. After a few weeks of being on cycle I get a feel for what types of gains I can make and then set some goals for myself. This time I definitely reached my goal quicker then I thought I could have. Hopefully I can continue to push past this, along with my other lifts and keep making improvements.

One negative is some minor soreness in my right delt after I finished benching. Definitely not the same pain I was experiencing in my shoulders previously, so that's a good sign. However I'll continue to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't grow more serious.

Diet: Eating above maintenance but not pigging out too much. I really don't want to get sloppy. I feel strong in the gym so that is my main indicator that my diet is on point. No real changes needed, at least for right now.

The Cycle Itself: So I'm coming up on the final four weeks of this cycle. I will be switching to testosterone suspension from Omnadren on Monday. Now for a major change of plans. I was planning on continuing with the boldenone suspension right up until the end of the cycle. I have loved the results and love the drug. However due to the fact that I cut the length of time that I ran the tren down to eight weeks from ten weeks and increased the number of weeks running the boldenone to nine weeks from seven, I would have had to order some more of the boldenone to have enough to finish off the cycle. This got me thinking.

Since I have continued to make major gains in strength, I have decided to end the boldenone suspension at the end of this week and run the testosterone suspension along with d-bol. Yep, I'm going to try and really push the strength improvements to the maximum in the final four weeks. I still have to order some more d-bol (although I have a bunch laying around) but I thought that I might as well go ahead and go for it in terms of gaining strength. So it looks like starting on Monday I'll be running 200mgs of testosterone suspension per day along with 80mgs of d-bol. I have already increased my arimidex dosage back up to .5mgs EOD to help deal with the impending bloat.

I had wanted to shy away from orals in general in at least my next few cycles but since this one is basically going all out, I thought I might as well get rid of all my desire to use orals and get rid of the rest of my stash of d-bol. My next cycle will definitely be "toned down" compared to this one. In the mean time I'll be making the big push these last few weeks.

That's it for now.

I react extremely well to d-bol. I'm hoping to get a major "push" the last few weeks instead of a steady increase. It's a bit of a gamble that it will turn out the way I think it will, but I'm confident that it will result in greater strength increases overall.

How much have you gone up so far and how much farther do you think the dbol will push you?

Bench up 10-12% or so. Doesn't sound like a lot, but trust me. It is. As for the d-bol, no idea. I'll have to wait and see.

Friday, Week Thirteen

Just some random notes on my progress. I have been getting stretch marks on my forearms for the first time ever. Not long ones, just short little ones near the top of my arm. I'd take this as a sign of growth but my grip failed me again during shrugs this week. I'm going to switch bars next week when I do them to see if that helps, but it is kind of weird that I'd be so affected all of a sudden. Not good.

I haven't had any pain in my shoulder since I tweaked it a few days ago. Hopefully it will be fine come bench day. Definitely don't want to have to skip it during these last few weeks, but an injury is not an option so I'll pull it back if I have to.

Since I have been taking ephedrine for so long as a pre-workout stimulant I will be running ketotifen in a couple of weeks to help "upgrade" my beta 2 receptors. Hopefully this will help lower the dosage I need to take to feel the effects. I'm pretty sure my dosages could kill a horse at this point and it's burning a hole in my wallet.

Monday, Week Fourteen

First day of testosterone suspension and d-bol. I'm splitting my d-bol into two evenly spaced doses throughout the day. This scheduling has worked well for me in the past. I shot the suspension through a 25guage needle for a quad shot tonight. It jammed a couple of times while injecting so I had to do a little moving of the syringe to get things moving again. It was a bit disconcerting to be stuck and then all of a sudden have the plunger shoot down a few tenths of a mL. However, all in all, it wasn't a problem. Plus, only doing one injection per day will be a bonus. So far there has been no post-injection soreness, although it's only been a few hours. We'll see how my quad feels tomorrow.

Thursday, Week Fourteen

So shooting the testosterone suspension has been going well. Yes there is next day soreness from the shots but nothing that is debilitating. At the time of the shot there is no pain. However once I wake up the site is sore similar to post workout soreness I guess. I shot one mL into each bicep yesterday and they are sore but nothing that would hinder me so I guess that speaks for itself.

As for everything else, no real changes. I wouldn't expect any from the d-bol or suspension quite yet. Definitely getting the jitters about nearing the end of my cycle and wanting to get as much out of it as possible. But I must say that a part of me is looking forward to a break from the elevated blood pressure and the constant injections as well. Ah the contradiction of being on a heavy cycle.

have you noticed any atrophy

Using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) so not much in terms of testicular atrophy. There definitely has been some, but nothing too bad. Been the same size basically since 3 weeks into the cycle. I began using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) the second week.

Aboot, how much strength and size gains do you think you'll be able to keep after pct?

Not too sure. I haven't run a cycle this long is a very long time. I usually keep the majority of my strength gains, but this is my first real heavy cycle in a few years. It will definitely be interesting to see how it goes. Recovery is almost never an issue for me post-cycle so that hopefully won't be too much of a factor.
