After reviewing both charts/graphs is it not safe to make the connection between the two?
It's really a mystery that SHBG, Estradiol rise with age and there is a resulting decrease in Free T?

So how much test are you injecting each of those days? How much AI each of those days? Have you gotten blood work on this protocol?

When did you end your Tren E blast? Were you managing Prolactin while on the Tren? Do you have blood work from your cycle?

Tren was about a year ago. ... the ed And libido loss was for months.. like 8 months. . I never felt as if i recovered right. ... i started to get better erections by that time ... i made an appt that specializes in trt.. did blood work. . This is back in july 2014 .. she said trt would help with doses of cialis as well.. some then ive been trying to go with it but there had never been consistency. . Libido shot through the roof maybe like 2x since i first started. . Nd ed went back to how i started. . Weak!! Im thinking trt might not be what i need .. i have an appt for labs this week.. it's just very frustrating .. especially being 26.. i cant live life with the thought of... will i be able to perform with my wife today. .? Nd come up with excuses.. waiting days for shit to get better smh.. it's very annoying

It would help if you could provide specific answers to the questions I asked you. It sounds like you are taking a haphazard approach to TRT.

Did you run PCT after your Test/Teen cycle? If so, what was your PCT protocol?

I didnt run an ai... after the cycle i could not get a hold of anything.. i took nolva 50/50/50/50 nd trib maca also during the time i took revolution pct.. an otc supp.. it helped while on but after everything.. things started to go back to ed nd decreased libido..
Nd i want to learn to feel when my body has low e and high e.. because i cannot find the sweet spot

My new protocol i have not done any new bloods.. appt this week for that.. .. my new protocol is 75 mg prop a week divided into mwf with .3 adex in inj dates.. hcg days 2 nd 6.. caber .5 once a week.. ed nd libido is still.. present.. im starting to think maybe i never needed trt nd starting to think its something else ..

Without blood work I am guessing. But it sounds like on your Test E/Tren cycle that you did not manage estradiol or Prolactin. It is really hard to feel if your estradiol is too high or low - especially when you are inexperienced. A lot of the symptoms of each feel the same (e.g. fatigue). It doesn't look like you ran a very good PCT either.

So what were your blood work results when your doc put you on TRT? Or are you self treating? Are your Primary or Secondary Hypogonadotropic?

As for your TRT protocol, it does not look like a good one. You are on a very low Test dose at 75mg/week. And you are taking a very high Arimidex dosage for that Test dosage. I would wager that your estradiol is too low as a result and causing your current symptoms.

You really need to get blood work and get your TRT dialed in. See my signature below for how to get cheap, fast and private blood work. Since you are on TRT use the cheaper privatemdlabs one.

And one more question. Why are you taking Caber now? Are you using a 19-nor? Do you have Prolactin issues? Have you had an MRI to rule out a tumor? I would hate to see you have to go through Dopamine Agonist Withdraw Syndrome. Not fun!

Anyways I got my second test results back from my primary. The first blood draw was kind of impromptu and was done at 3 p.m. and my total was 194 (range 332-896). This last one was done earlier in the morning about an hour and half after I woke up. TT actually went down to 172 but free was in the "normal" range at 8 (range 4.3-30.4).

I see a urologist on the 9th where I'm sure he'll run his own tests but with a low TT score and a normal FT score would it be safe to assume I'm low on SHBG?

It is just safe to say that you are hypogonadal. I wouldn't assume other things though.
 
I've noticed the orgasms I have in the past few weeks have gotten less intense. Less contractions, less of an endorphin rush, less feelings of release and well being afterwards. My sex drive and erections are great, this is definitely messing with my head thought. Has anyone ever heard about that as being a side effect of TRT?

I've been on TRT (50mg Test E E3D) since September, my T and E2 levels were good the last time I had them checked in November. I'm not supposed to have them checked again till next month, but I'm not sure I want to wait that long if this is a sign something is amiss. I'm not currently taking HCG, thinking about trying it to see if that helps.

hCG would help increase your ejaculate volume which in my opinion helps makes orasgms feel better and last longer.

I ran TRT without hCG for a couple of years. I recently added hCG and defitely notices a difference.

Supplement with Lecithen at 1200mg daily ;) Some extra zinc supplementation will also help. Your wife/girlfriend can thank me later... or hate me, depending on what kind of girl she is :)

I just started taking Lecithen as well as Pygeum and Saw Palmetto, I noticed an increase in volume already. Once I get some HCG too I'll be in full Peter North mode lol
 
So I took a few months off from dealing with this as I got pretty busy with some family matters. Going to get another blood test this week. Last time I got the Female Hormone Panel through Privatemdlabs. Is this one okay or is there one I should get that is more in depth?? Thank you.
