I think thats smart lifting brother. I believe the muscles can get stronger faster than the connective tissue can keep up with, especially with an enhanced athlete.

And I hear ya with the front squat back pumps. I found it impossible to do fronts and regular squats the same workout, so now I do regulars and lunges onw workout and front squats and leg presses on a separate day. Keep killing it though!!

Pumps tend to get just insane. "Almost" made DBOL not worth kick starting. Besides the back pumps though, I love the way you have an overwhelming sense of fullness. It's cool, but damn there were times I bout didn't finish my kick start.

Ok TNE 100 mg preworkout, and swallowed some egg white and 3/4 cup of oats. After work WO, and KILLED IT!!!! Everything is going up, weight in gym, weight in scales, and I'm fucking my wife ED and jerking off like a fucking 12 year old:) last I checked with TNE I've been running test at about 1.5 grams EW. Bout to lay off TNE for a minute, this much test is literally making me fucking crazy. Dreams, anxiety, paranoid. WTF is up with that, besides all that, everything else seems to be good. Here it is.... Probably overtrained chest a little, but damn it felt great

Brother it is fucking insane the feel of EVERY TIME I step in the gym, reps and poundage is added. BUT like I said, man I've got to drop some of my test, I've ran it this high before and same shit happens. Paranoid, anxiety, fucked up dreams, I'm remembering now why my stint with tren was so short:) and three hours from doing chest, and I'm ready to go kill legs NOW.... But going to get me some zzzzz's first....Legs being smashed tomorrow
 
I get none of that with test even at upwards of a G. Last time with Tren I didnt either but im getting some of those issues this time though!!! Nothing too crazy but its still there!!
 
Well this was interesting. I'm sure 4 days rest on amount of volume I'm performing is too much. Guys I didn't have it. My warm up sets were light. BUT I knew after first set of squats, I was still tore up. I'm not showing abs and forearm work, but this was my workout. Back is supposed to be tomorrow, but hell it's still sore too... May take a few days and eat and rest.

I hope I didn't jinx you brother talking about a deload week, but looks like it may be in order. You've been hitting it pretty hard for quite a stretch. I'm pushing 50 myself and a week of less muscle stress can be a good thing in the long run.

Thanks my man, I'm definitely taking off today and maybe tomorrow. You were right, my mind wants to kill it everyday, but my body (being a little older) tells me different. Seeing great results, guys in the gym know I'm juicing, it's pretty obvious, but I have to remind myself, I'm blasting for 20 weeks, and this is only week 6:) glad y'all are enjoying the ride, I love it. I'm living again.
 
Off today, and been eating my ass off. Good calories, but still hungry as a fucking horse. Yea, I'm sore from my fucking nose to my toes.....
