Dbol Only Cycle

Ok, today I started my first DBOL only cycle. Actually just popped my first 10mg pill 10 minutes ago. Took 10mg of NOLVA with it. Just finished some tuna sushi, and an OJ and multivitamin.

I feel lightheaded, maybe its psychospamatic. Anyhoo, will keep yall updated.

I'm going 30mg e/d for now with 10mg of Nolva with first dose each day.,
 
Good energy and pumps at gym. A little strength. After one pill? Maybe its psychological. Just took 2nd dose. Eating clean.
 
Why are you running a DBL only cycle? Are you a PL'er or something? 30mg ED is a moderate dose at best. An average (normal) dose is 50mg ED, but I know people who have run it much higher. Can you explain to us why you've decided to run an oral only cycle? What are your goals for this cycle?

No offense, but this cycle will probably turn out to be a complete waste of time. Unless you are using for a specific goal or reason, I dont think your going to be happy with this cycle at all. Then again, I could be wrong.

PS: There are better orals out there if you insist on running an oral only cycle. You would have been better off running Var or WNY by itself.
 
If u want to keep your gains id re-evaluate.

If ya wanna bloat up and you are already lean and plan on a long cycle through summer you'll come out lookin like a champ if diet is on.

I already did an oral Winstrol (winny) cycle 3 years ago. It did nuttin. I'm looking to put on size. And why Dbol oral? Cause it is readily available to me with no trouble so I opted for that.

I'm not into getting massive or anything. Been training for over 10 years now and I've been 135-150lbs. Tried all kinds of supps and diet, etc. None has work. So hopefully I'll gain some size and then cut it later.

At any rate, just took last dose. Feel like going to gym. I'm trying 30mg e/d at first, see how my body reacts. I'm not gonna pop 50mg of suttin I never took.

People will tell u don t do it but if ur dead set on dong it...more power to ya...
A better cycle would be to add some low dose test(high androgen) and a high anabolic+ Winstrol.
The joint thing IMO is BULLSHIT....Ive been using winstrol over 10 yrs and I havent ever seen joint isues....maybe Im lucky.....
 
you tried Winstrol (winny) oral and that gave you nothing, what makes you think dbol will give you something (keepable)?

Being 140lbs tells me that you have some serious diet/training re-evaluation due. For your own good, check out the diet forum and stick to a diet plan outlined in there.
 
The Winstrol (winny) worked but it was ok. I'm not some 18 year old kid who just lifted and wants to be big. Like I said, I've tried forums, trainers, all diets.

This is my cycle I've decided. Now either support my decision and help me along, or ignore my posts. Reread my earlier posts.

My decision to get on gear is not a "I wanna be big fast" decision.

I've trained hard for years. Sorry I don't have your genes or body.
 
Unfortunately you don't have to try diets, you have to stick to them. I'm not trying to flame, I'm trying to advise. Honestly, if you were as dedicated as you say, you would be much heavier, it has nothing to do with genetics and don't try to play it off like that. So for this (bunk) cycle, get your act together and be dedicated.

That being said, drop the dbol and use test. Dbol is KNOW for people to put on a lot of weight and promptly lose all that immediately following the cycle...
 
on 2nd day of DBOL @ 30mg e/d. Took first dose this morning with nolva. Feeling my body grow, kinda like that creatine pump/bloat feeling.

Crashed last night but wokeup because of noise and had hardttime sleeping again. ate 6 meals protein with all meals. Spaced out about 2-3 hrs.

I have to agree with Outlaw here. DBL only is a very poor cycle choice. DBL readily converts to estrogen almost immediately after being digested. I can say with confidence that it will be pretty much impossible to keep any of your gains post cycle. Most of what you do gain will be 90% water retention/bloat. As soon as you come off you'll be right back where you started; with the exception of a traumatized HPTA.

A much better cycle would have been Test only @ 500mg/wk; at least this way you would have a chance to keep some of your gains. & just because you take Test, doesn't mean your going to get big, fast. Your diet will greatly determine the results of any cycle regardless of compounds used. Its dumb to say you've decided to take DBL because your not into the "I wanna be big fast" mentality.

Lastly, give us some stats; age, height, weight, BF, ect? Your between 135-150lbs now, correct? What is your BF? Where do you hope to be post cycle; weight & BF? I'm just trying to visualize your canvas.

If you insist on going the DBL only cycle, which seems to be the case, then help us help you make the best if this cycle. Its going to be hard and I would keep your expectations low, but if you listen to what everyone has to say you "might" make some progress.

Just make sure you getting in about 300-350g of protein a day, and try to break that up into those 6 meals.

We have all re-read your previous posts. The problem is your not saying much. "Eating clean," is all we've got'n so far. That doesn't tell us much. Poeple ask you questions and you dont answer them. Try re-reading some of our previous posts.

eating clean, if you're a vet you should know. I'm here learning from you guys. Eating clean means over gallon of water a day, 6 meals with protein spaced out. Eating clean means no junk no nasty fats, no alcohol, no tree bark. Eat clean means like lean cuts of meat, chicken or fish. Like salad with cottage cheese, eggs maybe some turkey cold cuts. Like taking a multamin. But then again, I'm not sure, its only what I've read over my years of research.

This is bullshit, unless you have a SEVERE genetic disorder or you have a wasting disease like AIDS.

Well, here's some advice: EAT. Keep eating more food until you start to grow. Don't give me some "I'm already eating enough" bullshit because that's just wrong.

All those trainers and whatnot you mentioned you've used....either they are shitty trainers (likely... most are) or you didn't listen to them. Wanna good trainer? Do online training with somebody like pullinbig. You'll totally transform your body.

Honestly, many of us were in your shoes at a time. eg I was 145-150lbs at 5'10". I finally saw the light.
