Only pulled off two sessions this week due to time constraints. Strength was down but it was due to low food intake and no sleep. Pretty pissed I missed dl's but no sense in whining just gonna try an hit hard this week. I should be back in the swing of things next week like I always say, lol. Ive had the old lady take some vids of my squats the past couple weeks and its paid off. My shins are fianlly parralel and sitting way back now. Thursday-Chest- incline bench, 5 warm-ups 2 working sets with 225 for 6.
Seated Chest press-3 sets high reps
2 sets pec-deck high reps
Concentratin curls 25lb DB 16 reps+ still love these curls only arm work beside jm press i like.

Did about 8 warm-ups 2 working with 315 for 5. The weight gets much tougher doing them westside style. this guy in the gym today was like damn dude how many sets are you gonna do, lol.

Legs got an amazing pump but I need my weight belt before I can start going heavier.
