Just some ideas bro, it sucks big time when shit like this is holding you back.
You got that right dude I am getting frustrated. I wish I had someone who knows their shit like yourself to train with. I would know I could take things to a level I never thought possible. The other problem I sent the vid of is killing me worse.
The knees aren't in pain it's weird they just seem so weak and sound like their ready to shatter. I dunno.
TUESDAY AFTERNOON
2' BOARD PRESS- 6 warm-ups working up 265x4. Then stalled on 275x3. Tried to get more comfortable with form so I 225x7 then 135 no board real slow. I learned and felt the trick this set that mike was talking about turning the palms to the pinky as you lower the bar. It really is a great way to turn the elbows in as you lower the weight.
JM PRESSES, BB(Best exercise I have ever tried), I love them. I dont ever see doing skull cruchers again. 4x10 lightweight, triceps need help. My whole left side is crazy stronger than the right I dont know whats up. It's been like this for a real longtime.
UNDERHAND NARROW GRIP PULLDOWN
180x10. Arms were swole as a mofo after this. Reminded me of the d-bol Drol days without drol. I think the blood flow from the JM PRESS than the Bi's getting hit had somethin to do with that. When I dedicated a day to arms I would superset narrowgrip bench and BB Row=WICKED PUMP!
FLAT CHEST STRETCH Didn't break the mirror this time, lol. Im gonna pay for the one I broke. I was used to training in my basement where I used to get really intense. I had 600lbs weight and a sweet power rack and smith. Kinda miss it but the room was tiny. I loved opening the door when it was snowing and getting fresh air in.
Sit-up's 3 sets with yoga ball with real short range felt good.
All in all not real happy my strength was the same from last board press but I loved JM PRESS and I see progress in my upper body. The V is back but hips need to shed the fat. Still hovering around 260 wouldn't mind dropping this 10lbs of fat around the waist. In a nutshell learning %'s and form really seems to be whats up. Both are off on my Presses.
