If you mean rackpulls then yes...I do them every once in a while. I tried a wider sumo type position last night and worked on form...felt good...not awkward at all like I figured it would. I have a long torso so standard DLs are actually tough for me...sumo style seems to fit my build better.
 
No gym this weekend. I was a total waste of space except I did go bike riding early Sat. Other than that...nothing.

Got to the gym late and ended doing a lot of talking so not the best workout but I did hit my chest pretty good. May finish up tris tomorrow on cardio night.
