Went to the gym not really feeling it so I said I would do my leg workout upstairs...which means no squats. Jumped on the leg press and after slowly adding 2 plates at a time I got to:

9 plates a sideX6X2

Leg extensions - 200X10X2

Sitting leg curls - 200X10X2

Now at this time I am feeling better so I decide to go downstairs and do a light squat workout.

225X10, 275X10...I'm still feeling good....315X5...I go and puke.
Felt pretty week after that so I called it a night.

Still impressive...besides, what's a leg workout without a post-workout puke session??

Ahh...thanks Brat. Bottom line is I ate too much of my wifes homemade chicken pot pie too soon before working out. That is almost why I didn't go...I felt bloated.

So I guess that is the answer to your question Mully..
 
Went to play raquetball last night but the guy didn't show up so I did cardio on the stairmaster for about 30 minutes and then did:

Chest

HS flat bench - 2pltsX10X2, 4pltsX10X2, 6pltsX10X2

Incline DB press - 75X10X2

Flat DB Flye - 55X10X2

Side lat raises - 25X10X2

Front lat raises - 25X10X2
 
Gotta love the Hammer Strength bench....I could never do 6 plates on flat bench but I can on that apparatus. I also like that you can go really low...actually below your chest. Probably not good for my shoulder though.

Ok...I'm at work now but really don't feel like being here.
I've had family in town for the last week so they have taken up all my free time. They are gone tomorrow so I should be able to get back on schedule.

Just bumping it....haven't done a damn thing although I did swim and did some biking this weekend.

I will. Taking a couple of weeks off for out of town family and because of the friggin heat. Right now I am dialing in a diet to try to lose some fat...trying a glycemic impact type where I eat good protein, fats, and good carbs in every meal and snack. Actually it's been fairly easy to follow and I don't feel hungry. Lost a couple of pounds already and energy is good. Been swimming a lot as well.
I'm gonna be sore as hell when I do go back. I also will be doing a BBing type of routine for 4-6 weeks.
