got some of my goodies today

Days 1-29 : 1 Scoop of EndoAmp Max
Days 1-30 : 2 pills daily of Forged Steel
Days 1-60 : 4 pills daily of Anabolic Matrix
1- 60+ Liver support obviously

Starting today. Going to keep a day by day log. Since people notice the kick in at 3-7 days for the EndoAmp Max. And feel the other 2 kick in at 10 days.

Stats as of Now:
Height: 6' 00"
Weight: 185.6 (had a massive weight drop, think i had water bloating, was 190 a few days ago)
BF%: 13.7%
Chest: 44.5"
Arms: 16"
Thighs: 25.5"
Calves: 16"

Day 1: obviously nothing noticable. 1 scoop of endo at noon. Along with 2 forged and 2 Matrix. right around 6-7 I will take the last 2 of Matrix
 
it was 12-14 hours ago when i took everything. I know you shouldnt feel anything on the first day or anything. but few hours ago... I got a wicked energy burst like nothing i ever had before, where i wanted to fuck a chick... and fight at the same time. My muscles got tensed like no other, and all my veins bulged... but I wasnt even worked up... which is the weird thing. Also... stomach is holding some water, which is weird. There wasnt much you could grab onto before, but now i have some slop in that area. I dunno... Im making a full on log with this. So putting this up.
 
Day 2 Morning: Had an amazing nights sleep, slept 9 hours straight, woke up feeling like a million bucks. Took my dosage today at 9am. One thing I have noticed that is different, is when taking the EndoAmp I get some joint pain in the elbow's and some throbbing in the biceps, dont know if thats cause of the GH capability's with it or what. OR if its just in my mind... placebo effect an yada yada yada

Edit: One thing I could live without is that nasty ass taste of chalky peanuts, that Endo has.

Edit: Work out wise... I had a burst of energy for 15-20min, then it died. went into muscle failure sooner than before when was on pct....

Day 3 : My joints are really killing me today. especially in the shoulder area where i had my surgery. Been noticing some energy spurts through out the day as of yesterday, and today. Was reading up some more on the Endoamp on other forums, I guess a few people have experienced this same thing as well but not really as fast. Usually on day 5 they feel the pains. But then you have your majority that dont feel anything at all. Still getting amazing sleep. roughly 8-10 hours of sleep FINALLY!

will post a edit section for after working out. see how it worked
 
Day 3 Continued: Took another Endo Amp scoop after working out... This shit definitely makes my muscles more sore than anything. Abs are a hell of alot tighter tho. More solid than they ever been. Im just not liking this pain bullshit that Ive been encountering. It all started up when i started taking the endo. I have read some people like me, are rare and the supplement runs and becomes more active in our systems then most. My hole upper body, where the fatty areas are, is where the most pain is. The bend where the forearm and bicep meet, and the armpit/pec area, Also the little fat pouch in the ab area where the pants line is typically... Adding every little note in this journal.

Day 4: Dosage done as usual. Chest is still having the tightness, and discomfort still. the arms, not so much anymore. Will update after work out.
 
Day 4 Workout: Was intense. finally busted 90lbs back out on the curl bar. Been a while since Ive done that since the shoulder & elbow flare up a while ago. Going to go for 100lbs in a few days after my 2-3 days off. depending on how fast my body recovers.

Mixing up my work outs, Just got done what I could, cause of the assholes on machines.

Did 15 sets till 5 reps. Started light at 70 then 80 to 85 then finished on 90 for the last 5 sets. Felt amazing.
Curls 2sets at 70
curls 3sets at 80
curls 5sets at 85
Curls 5sets at 90
Triceps with 50lb dumbell 5x5
Triceps with 60lb dumbell 5x5
Upward Row 40lb dumbell each arm, 10x5
Situps with weight on feet : 100 situps (pretty much 10 sit ups every break)
Pushups: 100, 10 each break with situps

Day 5: Dosed as usual. If the gym is fucked again, going to see what i can get done. mostly going to do leg an ab work today
 
well I definitely see a change in my work out sessions. did 150 standing calf raises, Shit was brutal. Went into failure at 100, but gave everything for the 150.

Did another 100 push ups today, along with another 100 situps, chest and stomach both went into failure. Couldnt even dig deep enough to push further. Body is on fire today.

Going to look for another gym, sick of not being able to work on the machines.
 
So I snapped at the managers at the gym, I was just fed up with people being assholes and how there customer service was complete an utter shit. Maybe used a few choice words I shouldnt have, and a few things might have gotten broken on my way out, so my membership was terminated. So I will be doing at home work outs from now on until I find a decent sized enough gym, where im not fighting over a station.

Got enough dumbbell's to do mostly everything I need too. got the 5lbs all the way up to the 50's right now. need to pick up the rest of my 55's to 100's at my storage.
 
Day 6: starting to feel the effects of all 3. I have no pains or strains from working out yesterday. Especially in the chest and calves, thats where I always have pain for 2-3 days. Woke up feeling amazing, Had a decent nights sleep. Might work the back a little tonight, who knows, I need to do alot of running around today. But I will for sure get something in
 
Day 7: Calves are going through hell an back today. Ever since I did the 150 standing raises, I didnt think I would be doing this much walking around in the mean time lol. They are throbbing finally. Stomach is starting to lose the slop it had. Weight now is 186.8 Im up 1.2lbs, which should sound about right. Wish I would be a little heavier considering how much im eating, but whatever. Gotta lot of running around to do today. Going to try to get some form of back work out in,.

Dosage same as before, Incorporating Endoamp at night time also. Going to pick up a nother container of that.
