Following the progress

Day 20: Dose as usual, Day off. Only thing Ill be doing is Shoveling this big ass driveway. Get some form of exercise today. Too much snow fall going on. Going to have gotten 12" of snow from last night into today. and thats just part 2 of the 3 day storm. Suppose to get almost 20" of snow. lol.

5 Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookies - 900 calories
5 packages of Cheddar peanut butter cookies - 1000 calories
1 protein shake - 230 calories

Intake for breakfast - 2430

5 Ramen Noodles - 1000 calories
4 cans of salmon - 240
4 servings of Dried Fried Onions- 200 calories
2 cheddar peanutbutter crackers - 400 calories
1 Soda - 120 calories
Calorie Intake for lunch time - 1960

Intake so far - 4390

I have 2 Digorno Pizzas waiting to get eaten tonight. and I plan on finishing them.

IF accomplished will equal 9190 calories for the day

HAHAHAHAHA krispy kremes sound amazing right about now. But there are 62mph winds where I am with snow... Impossible to get there

Day 22: Dose as usual. Upper Body work out today again. Which will consist of All Dumbbell work.....


Curls :
5x5 with 45's (so 90lbs)
5x5 with 50's (so 100lbs)

Tricep Extensions :
5x10 with 50lbs

Upward Row :
5x5 with 40's (80lbs)

Standing Shoulder Press :
5x5 with 40's (80lbs)

Pullovers :
5x1 with 30lbs
5x1 with 40lbs
5x3 with 50lbs
(depending on where I cant finish the set I will keep at the next step below)

Sit-up's :
100

Pushups :

good work man, how is your sleep?

Sleep is going back down the shitter. Was having amazing sleep, finally got back down to waking up at 6am and passing out at 9-11pm... now its all over the board. but, one way or another I always get 8-9 hours of sleep atleast
 
Day 23: back and abs are killing me today, which hasnt happen for a while. Guess I had a good work out in yesterday. When I woke up today I noticed my body felt a little sloppy. So after I got my morning starbucks in me I noticed my stomach and chest are holding some water. Not much by any means, But an noticeable amount. Face is a little bloaty as well.

ADDED: also I know it will all hurt you to hear this. But after running around doing erronds, I went to finally get my bronze on (for those who dont know "Bronze On" = Tan LOL) and the place was closed. As were 4 others. Pissed me the fuck off

we got 30" around me lol. everything was closed. and it got to -25*. cold as shit! hahaha. gotta love wisconsin. I need to move bad.
