Tony i really wish you would wait at least a month before you weigh and take measurements and BF%. Just too much of a mind fuck, especially for you, to do it so often IMO.

And please get a spray tan or something. :D
 
Day 10/11 : Dose As Usual

Day 12: Dose as usual, Been out of town for a few days. Tried Logging in on my blackberry, but the phone is a piece of shit. Stomach is getting firmer by the days, loving it. Upper body work out today. Going to see how todays work is... pulled a muscle 2 days ago, but seems better today.
 
Day 12 Work out :
10x5 curls with 45lb dumbells
5x5 upward rows 45lb dumbells earch arm
5x10 Overhead tricep extensions 50lbs dumbbell
Arms were a little sore today, didnt get the work out i was looking for.
 
Decided to spoil myself, I got hungry as fuck tonight.
I got 3 double stacks
1 chicken sandwich
and 5 piece chicken nugget setup from wendys...
and I just finished 5 Brats... I think thats a good enough night time meal.
 
Day 13: seriously getting sick of the Endo Amp taste, fucking peanuts man....
Ive been mixing it in with my coffee, less taste, but when i burp, thats when the taste is.
Going to get a quick work out in before school.
 
Day 13 workout: Feels like someone booted me in the fucking chest. Must be from all the misc meat from yesterday lol.

100 sit ups
5x5 with 45lb dumbbells, standing shoulder press.
150 standing clave raises WITH 50lbs in a backpack
 
Day 14: off. just eating a shit load of food, So far broke 2000 calories for breakfast. and 2000 calories for lunch. I know for damn sure. dinner and my late night bed snack that will be roughly 4000 calories. Lately Ive been breaking past 8000 calories... still seem to be losing weight.

Waiting on my insurance cards to get back to me, that seem to be taking there sweet ass time.
 
Day 16 : Dose as usual, going to be doing bi's, tri's, traps, and chest today. Full upper body. work out will be posted afterwards. Started my day off with 3 bagels, 2 with cream cheese. and 2 cups of strong ass starbucks, the way i like (usually 7.50-9.00 per cup LMAO) roughly 1400 cals, not my typical breakfast, but i was craving bagels

Bi's : 5x5 45lb dumbbells (curls) (aiming for the 50's next work out)
Tri's : 5x10 50lb dumbbell (curls)
Traps : 5x5 40lb dumbbells (Upward Rows)
Butterflies : 5x5 30lb dumbbells (felt weak as shit this time)
Pushups : 50
Situps : 100
 
Day 19: Dose as usual, going to work upper body today. Get a good quick workout in, then shower, then back to school. Will post work out when done.
