hey bros, anybody based or living in Hong Kong? Sometimes it's difficult to find various products in the area. I've had my fair share of troubles too. I've been living just across the border in Shenzhen for 7 yrs. If anyone needs any advice or just to meet another guy living this life don't hesitate to contact me.

cheers

Not to butt in to your thread but why did you choose China/Hong Kong to call your new home?? or even Shenzhen for that matter?? Just curious, that's all :)
7 years.. wow!! You must really love it! Are you originally Canadian?

Yes bro I'm Canadian. I came over here in February 2000 to work and really got used to it here. Learned to speak mandarin and after that everything become so convenient. There are not many things I don't have here that I could have in Canada.

u Canadian?

No, not Canadian but have been fortunate enough to travel that way alot (Vancouver, Surrey, and Ontario).. absolutely love it! The people, the country, everything! I've also been able to see quite a few other countries but think it would be tough to call anywhere but north america home. ;)
I've seen a few guys travel abroad specifically to train and gain better/more "legal" access to AAS, just wondering if that was your motive and if it's even really legal in Shenzhen. :)

No, not really legal here, but there's nobody knocking down your door looking for gear.

They've cracked down hard on the manufacturers of steroids in the country though as they're trying to save face with the Olympics coming up. I was fortunate in my second year to meet a couple of the top competitors here. The top-ranked guy has been one of my good friends since. He knew nothing about gear and nutrition when I met, but he was already in sick shape.

I helped him put together some cycles, pre-contest nutrition and some different ways of training and he's improved 10 fold.

I consider myself a pretty serious recreational bodybuilder who one day might consider competition.

Let me know if you are ever in the area bro.

I travel to Shenzhen on business. I'll be there in a few weeks. I can't stand to be there more than 10 days. I think after 7 years I would be certified insane LOL

Here 4 a couple of months on buissness. Anyone know about the availability in pharmacys? Going to give it a shot this week.

Semi-new to HK here (worked out here quite a lot but now here more permanently) any information on the best ways to get decent gear in HK would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
