I got my bodyfat analyzed today and it was at 9.5%. Im 19 and all natural, wont do a cycle for few years. I'm 6'2" and 190-195. Hit me with whatever you got. Tell me how to develop the bottom/inside of my pecs, I struggle so much with that. I do all the chest exercises recommended for that but I've come to a halt. Right now Im working out benching 200 and squating 315.

Stay nat you look good, 9.5 % seems kinda lopsided, but if it was done hydrostaticly then i can't argue. Get som cardio in there to lean up a bit more, and do some flys for pecs.

just wanted to know, ive never got mine tested, i thought you had to go somewhere to do it, i mean besides the ones they do at the gym...

what is your diet like? what supplements are you taking? what is your training split? just want to know so i can get an idea...

Umm Im eating about 3000-4000 calories a day. Grilled chicken breasts, brocolli, carrots, couliflouwer, lean steak, oatmeal, brown or wild rice. Lots of other vegetables and salads

As far as supplements go: I drink two 40g Protein shakes a day, 2000mg MSM b/c of shin splints, Daily Vitamin w/o iron, Flax seed oil 1000mg, Vitamin E 1000mg, Grape seed extract.

How much cardio should I do and what do you recommend. HIIT traning? I can't run b/c of cross country messing up my shins. So I've gotta do elipitical or spinning. How many times per a week should I do cardio and for how long each time?

From your high calories it seems like you are trying to bulk but then you mention you are doing cardio. If you are trying to lose weight I suggest you put your calories at 12xbodyweight which is 2,300 a day for you, eat 40%carbs 40%protein and 20% fat. Start out doing cardio three times a week on days you don't train for 30 minutes a day don't worry about your heart rate simply worry about the amount of calories you burn. I am a personal trainer and this is what I tell alot of clients to do. Your chest shape is genetic and as we all know you can change the size of the muscle but not the shape. On the up side it looks like you have a good clavicle region (upper chest area) which alot of people don't have.

You're a good bit higher than 9.5% Add in dips like someone said above.

I would do a half an hour of cardio 5 days a week. This will help you lean up. Your abs look pretty good. I would do abs 5 times a week also. Try to stick to cable crunches and stuff with weight in order to thicken the ab muscle, not just flatten your stomach. Hit some dips for triceps definition and add in some concentration curls to shape up the biceps. I would probably go heavy on my triceps and biceps movements and then do about two sets of twenty reps just to tone them up. It sounds like your already doing what you can for your chest. I'd hit the cable flys pretty hard. That will make a distinct line between your pecs. Also, I wouldn't hit the roids yet. You're only 19. I started at 22, well after I had already gained all there was to gain off of creatine, and prohormones. Now there is so much other stuff that is getting great reviews like NO2, you should do some cycles of that kind of stuff first. Hit the gear when you really start to plateau. If you start too early, you might hurt your gains when you get older. If you start gear now, what will you have to get you past a plateau when you are 22 or 23?

IMO I think your higher than 9.5% Im hovering around 8% myself and Im more cut than that then again I guess everyone looks different at each BF%? I think you just need to add more muscle mass to your chest to make it look more fuller.

hey bro, i would put you @ about 14%. and guys i see a ton of conflictng info. We know its damn near impossible to gain and cut at the same time so lets give him a clear direction...

you have a few choices:

1) Cut - you will lose a majority of bf and some muscle but you will "appear". I am a HUGE fan of being as lean as possible. If you choose this you will appear bigger cause you will be tighter in the areas you dont have muscle...ex. would be your bis would look bigger cause your ebow would shrink and the area between your shoulder and bi would shirnk (or tighten up) and although your guns might measure .5" smaller the will appear bigger.

2)Bulk - you will get bigger everywhere and add some bf. i am not a big fan of the bulk but its a REQUIRED evil for becoming a "SwollenGiant". You will look smooth and fat (which i fucking hate) and appear smaller but thicker for the opposite reasons above.

3)Maintain - you will not change much at all and will prolly slip into a basterdized bulk get frustrated and quit.

Now for the best thing bro....it sounds like you are WELL on your way to mastering nutrition and THAT IS THE END ALL DO ALL FOR BODYBUILDING.....PERIOD. Bro, PROPS to you especially at your age, fuck man! thats great, dont ever forget that. Nutritional prowess will pay you SICK dividens for the rest of your life...if you employ your knowlege of course. NEVER STOP LEARNING. And watch out when its time for the sauce if you go that route...cause sauce without nutrition is like dynamite without a fuse but sauce with nutrition is like...well you get it.

now, imo, you should bulk BUT i think you shoud start your bulk with a 2 week SUPERCUT and light trainning and a TON of cardio. It will prime you for a fantastic bulk. in a nutshell starvation causes a massive release of growth hormone and at your age you already have a great deal of test so when you up the calories great things will happen.
Read the only sticky in the trainning forum
Lift HEAVY and stay with compound movements
DONT DO CARDIO use that energy to lift heavy.
Research bulk cycles, you should sit down and decide on a resonable goal like gaining 15 lbs by March 1st (which is when you could start yoru cut). Then start eating like a guy 30lbs heaver then you and watch your weight, if your gaining two pounds a week cut back the cals a little cause its prolly too much fat. Eat a 40/40/20 p/c/f percentage split...

supps that i think work in order of effectivness for me:
Food
At least 1 gal of water a day evenly spaced
Sleep
Creatine both serum and powder
NO2

I know the first three may not seem like supps but a suppliment basically takes care of stuff that we dont usually get enough of and/or will benifit us if we get more to a point.

Most powerful anabolic:
MASS QTYS OF FOOD and its legal but has to be evenly mixed with HEAVY WEIGHT TRAINNING, GOBBS OF WATER, and SLEEP.

SwollenGiant said - Grilled chicken breasts, brocolli, carrots, couliflouwer, lean steak, oatmeal, brown or wild rice. Lots of other vegetables and salads - FANTASTIC!!! you getting fiber, vitamins, minerals and ENZYMES. Eat more steak, try buffallo if your getting too much fat.

you could think about adding:
glucosamine to your msm, your joints will thank you
enzymes for digestion
glutamine when not on arganine or NO2
r-ala

DISCLAIMER - i dont know shit about shit so verify and research and make informed decissions.

thx mvmaxx, that meant a lot.

i forgot to mention sleep, its one of the cornerstones of BBing. ill edit my post.

I'm tellin' you, don't do a cycle at 19! Your only going to hurt your gains when you're in your early 20's. I know a lot of guys that started juice early, and I flew past everyone of them because I took my time. Do all the legal stuff available, first. It's not a total waist of money like everyone says.

bilbo

And yes, i'd say you are about 15%.
