no matter what i do, i always stay lean its so strange...

i put on weight and look a little bigger but bodybuilders have the LOOK that i don't have...

you know the massive arms, huge tree trunk legs, they look huge in anything

the only time i look huge is in a sleeveless or tight shirt

im around 208 right now and 6'0

is this just based on my genetics/frame or can more training change this?

Put it this way....What is your job? I bet you're pretty good at your job ...fast, efficient, know short cuts and loop holes?

Now body builders.. That is their job. Their 8 hours a day is put into the gym and diet. Probaly even longer then 8 hours a day.

Don't get discouraged becuz you don't look like them. That's why all the supplement company's hire huge body builders trying to say take this shit and you'll look like him when the truth is tey probaly don't even take it.

Keep up with the hard work and be happy. Be happy that your training and eating like you should.

Iv done 2 cycles. Currently still on my 2nd.
1st cycle was Sustanon (sust) 600/ deca 500 kept 15lbs
Current cycle Sustanon (sust) 500/ Anavar (var) 60 for last 3 weeks.

Hang in there bro. Try not to get too high or too low; consistency is the key for achieving truly big goals.

On another note, your username might be the most akrit username on all the internets.

Chill dude aren't you like 22?? LOL it takes time. Lots of time and dedication day in and out with one thing in mind. Growing. Everything you do is based AROUND it. Every decision you make will get you there that much faster.

Panda, you're like 12 years old. You haven't been lifting long enough. Takes years

lol right. Realistically fuck all this ectomorph shit. There is no reason that through diet you should not be able to gain more weight at 6'. Also keep in mind two things, one most bodybuilders are not 6'. It is harder to put mass on a taller frame. Two, the bodybuilders you are referring to are on assloads of gear, hgh, and slin and they eat, sleep, and breath this shit.

6ft tall is a little harder to fill out at. Its not impossible though. Im 5'11 lol Ronnie coleman was 5'11 and a few other good body builders were to. Their is not a huge difference from 5'11 to 6ft I mean its noticeable but it depends on really if your arms are crazy long or what parts of your body are longer and harder to fill out. realistically like every one said it just takes time, food, and steroid cycles stacked close enough to where you can recover but not loose all the mass from the cycles and let the small amounts you keep build up over time. Honestly though man the number one thing is consistency with living the hardcore bodybuilder life style. Eating a lot and sadly taking steroids and training right and training hard. If you keep those three things up for long enough you will get where you want to be.

Also genetics do have a lot to do with it if you are a hard gainer you are going to have to eat a shit load of food. All I know is experimentation works. Experiment with different training styles and reps. And experiment with what steroids you can tolerate and how much food you can actually afford and eat with out throwing it up or feeling like shit. Try mass gaining shakes and casein shakes at night, Load up on creatine take bcaa's and glutamine in large ammounts the minute you wake up. Lol people under estimate how important supplements can be in building a physique. Obviously food is king when it comes down to it. But supplements can make life a lot more convenient. Especially if you buy bulk deals of good products for cheap online. Lol im just firing off random things to try to help you man once I start typing I cant stop im like Charlie sheen with a crack pipe. If you don't take creatine though try concrete creatine I love the stuff it gets me so swollen it rips my skin lol no joke. I hadn't taken any for 5 months and I took half the amount I normally would and did a chest and tricep work out and I beat all my records while on cycle and my endurance was honestly about 6 times higher.

6'3 225 and I get called skinny all the time. Pisses me off.
But yes I can put on 10lbs and no one can tell the difference not even me lol
