What is your range of motion on your dips? All the whey up and all the whey down or half motion. Thats alot of weight on dips. :druggie:

You might consider a quick nap pre-workout. Did this when I was landscaping in Florida. Home at 5. Nap til 7, gym at 8. Does wonders for your intensity.

pretty good considering the lack of rest between workouts but this week I just don't have the time, no more training for rest of week...
 
If your tris are sore from working them before a chest day, why don't you put your tris with your chest workout? Good workout Irish.

I've been on the piss for the last 5 days at a racing festival. My training has been lacking a little this whole week.
A typical day in the week has gone something like this.
2pm: Wake up, grab a few beers.
2:30pm: Get breakfast, a big dirty irish fry up and head back home for a shit, shower and a shave.
4:00pm : Head out on the piss for the rest of the day.
2:30am: come out of nightclub and head to the nearest chipper and order 2 big double cheeseburgers and large curry fries and a large coke.
3:00am : get home and top the night off with a lovely nightcap of jd and coke, delicious

Brat: HH curl is just hammerhead curl. I don't turn the wrist when I raise the dumbell if you get understand what I mean.

been lazy lately, i have been training but not doing this blog cos been busy, ill hit it back hard next week ladies and gents
 
Could be out for a few weeks guys, I hurt my chest last week doing benches and then tweaked it even more with dips afterwards. Thought it was nothing so went back training last night and on 4th rep of 220 it felt like I ripped a muscle out of my chest and needed assist from spotter. Absolutely raging with myself. My weight is still going up. 197lbs this morning. I need to start warming up way more before I lift or I'm gonna fux myself up. No more benching/dips for at last 2-3 weeks.
