definitely gotten stronger, even though I haven't benched since friday last, a good 10 days

Dips: decided to go for lower weight but more reps

shagged after this workout. One of the best workouts I've done in a while though, my chest and shoulders were pretty pumped, going to do shoulders again on Friday with heavy military presses. Trying to mix it up a bit now until my back recovers fully
 
Thursday, 7/27

Chins:

BW+45 x 6 x 2

Back was weaker than normal I felt, basically I shouldn't have done chins again after only doing them on Thursday, with only a days rest. But it was fun nonetheless

DB Curl:
45 x 7
55 x 5

EZ Bar Curl:
110 x 6
110 x 5

got the job done, i trained last 4 days in a row, need a break, goin for pints tonight, only a few though...delighted
 
Went out Thursday night, so didn't train Friday. Went out Friday night but trained Saturday. Went out Saturday and then Sunday as well. I'm feeling it today. 4 days on the sauce. This week will probably be a write off too, as I have to go to a horse racing festival from Wednesday to Sunday. Woah my liver will not be happy.
Went to a different gym than usual on Saturday and benched what appears to be a new PB. I really think the plates were lighter than my usual gym so it's hard to know what I was really benching. But here it went:
Bench:
135 x 10
200 x 7
220 x 7
242 x 3 - this was supposed to be 110kg, but it felt too light, so I'm saying it was about 235

Dips:
BW x 12
BW+45 x 7
BW+90 x 6 x 2
 
it didn't feel like 110kg mate, felt too light, or else the plates in my regular gym are off? i'd love to fucking weigh them, they were cassell plates i was using saturday and apparently they're quite accurate so i dunno!
 
oh yeah, and the scale said 196 this morning, I'd say I'm really about 193lbs - everybody is commenting though, lots of ppl think I've gained a significant amount, some say 20lbs - but it's definitely not that much :)

add your bodyweight to the 100 and what do you get irish one? i say you have great dips compared to your bench. good work on those.
