I'm pretty exhausted afte the weekend. I doubt I'll train today might wait till Tuesday. I did some light training on Saturday but nothing major, chins and curls. Today gonna eat a shit load and gain a pound. Easy money!

Belt snapped. Fucking shit dip belt. It cost me 45 bucks including shipping and the sunnuvabitch snaps with only 55lbs on it. I'm raging. Never buying a 'grizzly' dip belt from bodybuilding.com again that's for sure.

DB HH Curls:
45 x 8
55 x 7
55 x 6

Machine Calf Raises:
3 sets

Hanging Leg Raises:
20, 15, 10 - wow I haven't done my abs in ages!
 
Good work man, great PRs! Lol, I saw this guy at my gym trying to put 3plates on the weightbelt or more, I forget. He went down for one rep, and could barely get it back up and when he finally completed the rep, the belt snapped in half - whata :dumbass:

nice work, sucks about the belt. bet it was funny to see it though.
 
I know it's not the best thing, but I hang the weight from my neck with a rope for dips or a dumbell with my legs.
I can't figure out how to hang it from the belt (mine has nothing from where to hang).
 
All is better. Bodybuilding.com have been very accommodating and are shipping me a replacement belt over today. They say it has to be a faulty belt because it's a heavy duty belt that is a best-seller. Happy times.
Going to do some cardio tonight for a change. I think I need to go for a jog. My fitness levels are appalling. I look hella fit but I am anything but.

I have something similar but it's homemade. I hang weights from that.

that is what we use when doing dips and pullups. goes around the waste, weight goes around the chain. i can't see how you will be able to keep increasing the weight and hanging it around your neck. i suggest you spend a few bucks on a good dip belt. you'll be glad you did.

Yes the problem from hanging around nech is increasing weight. It gets difficult to hang more than 60 lbs. I need one of those.
