Thanks guys!! I think I finally kicked it yesterday after 5 friggin days and losing about 6 precious pounds:( I'm about to go train back, I'll check back in a few hours.

Well, I got a workout in today but it wasn't great. I don't think i'm better yet and it my not be a stomache virus. I may have some type of parasite, so i'm going to the doctor tomorrow.

i dont know what Probiotics are.
i would suggest large doses of vitamin C upto and over 2grams a day i take in 2.5 grams a day in 500 mg doses spread through out the day. if i feel a cold common on i up my intak eto 3-4 grams.
selenium 200 mcg/ED
vitamin E 400 iu/ED **selenium and E work together so i take them together, and remember vit E is fat soluble so take it with a high fat meal**
echinacea (what ever the bottle says i dont remember the dosage)

i ussually take all my antioxidants with my breakfast.

EDIT: i havent had a cold in like 5-6 months and my hole house was sick a few weeks ago. i shake most my cold/flu's before any real symtems kick in lately. but if i stop taking this stack for more than a week i end up sick, go figure.

Did some ab work and rotator cuff work, too.

Got a good one in today despite being sick all of last week and losing about 5lbs. Caloric intake is around 2200 calories/day so I expect to see some lifts go down. I'm on my quest for sub 10% BF for the first time ever.:)

Thanks bro...yeah i'm probably around 16% right now, so I hope I can do it in around 12 weeks. It's gonna be tough, but I can do it, then i'll post before and after shots.

Normal Calf Work-14 sets w/ 15-20 seconds rest in between.


Diet was spot on today with 2 more meals to go. If I can just make it a week, it normally gets easier for me and the cravings somewhat dissipate.

Weight is down from 218 to 211, but I lost 6 of those pounds while I was sick last week. I really don't wanna drop down below 200lbs but I will if I have to. I would love to see BF go down and LBM stay the same:)
