Thanks guys. Hey 69, how often do you do hypers and on what days? Right now i'm doing ab work on Monday and Thursday, then lower back/core work on Tuesday's and Friday's when I do deads and squats. Does this sound right?

not to answer for 69, but that sounds like a good set up. and if i was running a standard split i would do it like that too.

Today was supposed to be an off day but the weather was so nice I got out and went. Did 20 minutes of cardio, then some rotator cuff work. Shoulder has been acting up lately :(
