nice work as usual jt. we hittin about the same workout and numbers on db shoulder press. what do you like better on shoulder press BB or DB?

I like the DB presses better, but I think the BB may be better for adding more mass. My gym doesn't have a bench with a low back on it, so I can't do BB presses in front of my face if that makes sense. I either have to use the smith machine or do them standing which is harder.

Hey Jt, i had to use a smith for little while, but it aint that bad for assistant work.

Or if yuo guys have cybex machines, i have one at my gym taht is a shouler press and i freakin love it, it has to handles on it one for hammer grip and one for normal grip. I just do 1 set to failure with high reps after my bench work and i am fryed.

Yeah, I like the smith machine but it's tough to use with a flat bench that has no back. I'm kinda limited with the equipment my gym has, but I can't complain for 30 bucks a month and 15 for any additional family member. Plus the closest one is almost 25 minutes away and over $50 a month. I'm cool if I can do bench work, squats, and deads :)

Honestly that is all u need to grow :-0

I was a little pressed for time today so I had to skip SLDL's and core work but I feel like I had a good DL session.

Great deads!
quick ?..... why do you do pull downs instead of pull ups?
just curious.

I've tried them for short periods before, but feel like the lat pulldowns isolate my lats a little more. Just my preference :)

Thanks guys. I've had a stomache virus the past couple of days so I haven't been training or posting very much. I feel a little better today, so I may go tonight. We'll see.
