Did some ab work, too. Weight is up 2 pounds, but i've lost almost an inch off my waist so that's a good sign. Diet is still going well, i'm looking forard to my cheat meals this weekend:) mmmm...some sushi and boneless buffalo wings, not in the same meal of course...lol
 
Well I know i can get away with eating packaged oatmeal cuase my metabolism is pretty high.

Here are two options;

1) Plain packacked oatmeal , flavor w\cinamon and vanilla extract .

2)Use plain oats and add some sugar free apple sauch and some cinnamon.

Hope this helps (cuase to be honest i cant stand oats, but they are good carbs)

I wonder if I could even eat the pre-packaged flavored oatmeal for PWO? or not? that might help some of my cravings throughout the day, kinda like a cheat meal that's not cheating.

Lol i just poor some oats in a bowl, add water microwave. nothing else added. just choke it down.

Thanks Winter, it felt heavier than normal but I think that's just b/c i've cut my calories so much. I'm doing some heavy singles in hopes that i'll keep most of my strength while cutting.

actually it is a damn boh accomplishment if you ask me because you are off cycle, cutting down and reducing carbs and you are still hanging in there. you got 430x1 last time right? this time 425x1. that is a heavy lift, especially considering the factors you have working against you right now. you are doing a great job jt.
 
Thanks bro!! I went in today and did 45 minutes of a fast pace walk on an incline and some rotator cuff work. That Cardio Breeze from AF is a really good product. I could have kept going if it wasn't for the burn in my legs.
 
fast pace walk is a good choice, you dont want to run a marathon cuase that is the easiest way to loose leg mass.

If yuo look at top notch bb'ers they always do a face pace walk.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I'm currently at 213lbs, down about 5 after that dang stomache virus. My top 2 abs are showing so i'm guessing i'm around 14-15%.
 
I really don't wanna drop below 200. I think if I can lose 10 more pounds of BF, i'll be absolutely shredded. I've got some fat around my nipples caused by an estrogen rebound after a 1-test cycle 3-4 years ago when I didn't do any kind of post cycle therapy (pct). It's not really full blown gyno, so i think it'll come off if I get lean enough. It's not too bad, but it bothers me.
