Squats

315 x 5<---Drop set immediately after the 405, absolutely fried my quads
Leg Press

Leg Extensions
175 x 12
130 x 15
Normal Calf work-14 sets with minimal rest in between, got a vein coming in on the right calf
Did some core work - 3 sets on the back machine.
Felt great today, squats are feeling good and i'm confident about my form. Weight is at 212lbs and i'm getting leaner. Diet is still dead on and getting easier as each day passes.
