Thanks 69, winter, adida, and tman. I was out of town at a wedding this weekned so my diet suffered just a tad, but I had my Glucorell R and Sesapure and didn't gain any weight. I'm staying right around 211lbs and just went up another notch on my belt this weekend. I'd say that's about 2 inches off the waste without any weight loss so i'm headed in the right direction. Vascularity in my chest and arms in starting to come out nicely.

Off yesterday, gonna be a short week this week. I'll be hitting Chest/Shoulders/Tri's this afternoon. Diet is good the past two days, around 2200 calories. This shit sucks..lol

Sweet, you don't have too far to go and you'll be shredded. The vid you posted makes me want to film my deads and see what you guys think. This diet is just making everything so much heavier. If I can make it through May and get pretty lean, i'll move my calories up to maintenance level and start to makes some gains again hopefully.

it is tough jt. we have to sacrifice some strength goals to acheive the other goal of having low bf. then after we are tired of that we go for strength again.

i hope you put some of your lifts up.
 
GOod to hear u are loosing weight, take it slow and you will def loose fat and keep all the muscle.

Try drinking lots of green tea, or buy green tea extract pills. Try adding in something like V12 Turbo that can def help u in the strength\ and vascularity.

and guess u gotta make freinds with grilled chicken salads :-)

Thanks guys. Yeah 69 i just choked down two packs of those new starkist Tuna filets and a serving of mixed nuts. Not bad, but I really don't like tuna. I'm on a little something right now, too that should help out with strength and vascularity:)

I dunno about you but i got to party. I envy those fuckers who can drink 3 times a week and still be ripped and bench more than me.
 
I feel you bro, it sux staying home every weekend and not going out, and i'm even married. I've cut my drinking down to about once every 3 weeks and even then I don't get shitty anymore. I like me some benzo's but they can be dangerous, so I generally stay awy from them.
 
It's a lot better for you being married and not constantly on the prowl like some of us :)
 
Yeah I hear that. At this point in my life I'd rather hit 2 avg chicks once each than a hot chick 10 times.
 
man I am only 22 and I partyed more than enough highschool and first year in college.

No more drinking for this guy, i dont drink no more cuase i simply cannot make gains and get drunk every week, and + i dont like to drink anymore my priorities are set (get big).

imo drinking sucks
 
If it's not a part of your life then that's fine. But there are things I like to do, like lift weights and party. Sure they kind of work against eachother but so does travelling as much as I do, and I'm not going to stop that either. I keep making gains and I'm still stronger than 99% of my gym so I'm happy.
