I went a little lighter today and reduced the rest in between sets to raise my HR a little.

Normal calf work, 12 sets.
The diet has really got me fatigued, i may try to add one more protein/complex carb meal and increase my cardio. That'll put me around 2800 calories which I think would still be effective. I'm dropping the Lipo-6 and going with an ECA stack b/c i've been cramping a lot, even taking around 500mg of potassium split up throughout the day.
