Yeah, i've found a good girl and I realize that. Do you travel with your job Insane? I fly out of town about 3 weeks out of the month, although I havent been for a few months. I'm actually out of town right now and had to work out today at a crowded 24 hour fitness.

Had a great upper body pump today, wish I had a camera. Overall it was a good workout but a little too much volume for me but my schedule is a little off this week.

I travel sometimes for work but mostly for pleasure. A 2 or 3 week trip will really eat away at your hard earned gains, but I always seem to bounce back easily.

Nice numbers. I think the bit of extra volume is okay anyways - you should always add a bit of extra volume every few weeks just to get that extra bump IMO.
 
3-29-06 Quads/Calves

I went a little lighter today and reduced the rest in between sets to raise my HR a little.

Squats
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
315 x 5
225 x 5

Leg Press
6 plates x 20
6 plates x 20<---20 seconds after 1st set, really felt this one.

Leg Extensions
130 x 15
130 x 15

Normal calf work, 12 sets.

The diet has really got me fatigued, i may try to add one more protein/complex carb meal and increase my cardio. That'll put me around 2800 calories which I think would still be effective. I'm dropping the Lipo-6 and going with an ECA stack b/c i've been cramping a lot, even taking around 500mg of potassium split up throughout the day.
 
They're about 10 inches apart, kinda close. I really like the high reps on the lep press better then going heavy.

And on the squats, my hams were touching the backs of my calves, so i really couldn't go any lower.

i was curious about the leg press because i am starting to go real narrow with the feet. maybe 6" apart. figure it'll widen the quads for me.

you do a really good job jt.
 
haha you had to work out in a crowded 24 hour...ive been goin their for 5 years now... i go at 9-10 at night every night mon-fri...and it is still packed at that time...the only time it dies down is friday nights cause all the fucks are out partying...and then mon morning theyll all be back their wasting fucking space in my gym! man i hate new years resolution people!

on a better note... i like your workout regime... me and you kinda follow the same one it seems. keep at it bro.

Yeah, it was friggin crowded around 5:30. Luckily most of the people were on the cardio machines. They were looking at me like I was crazy when I was doing ATF squats:) The equipment wasn't bad though.

Thanks bor:) Diet was dead on since Monday this week, gonna try to make it this weekend without a cheat meal. I'm hitting back tomorrow.

WOW 460... thats some weight man...congratulations ill bet the car ride home was a very pleasant and happy one after having such a good workout.
