JT190's Training Log

Off today. Ate a questionable meal for lunch at a Jap. steakhouse. 6 pieces of supercrunch, fried rice, filet and shrimp. Not too bad but a few more simple carbs than normal, so I made up for it by eating Pro / Low Fat meals the rest of the day. Got in about 350g protein today. I need to get up to 400 and stay there consistently.

I'll be skipping chest and shoulders this week and doing my rotator work every day. I'm going to concentrate on doing more cardio and core work, too. Gotta get this shoulder back up to par, I like pressing some heavy weight and I can't right now. Don't mean I can't squat and pull, though:)

Current weight is around 210. I feel after hitting it hard this week, my abs will be a lot more visible. That's the last place it comes off for me.

hope the shoulder heals fast for ya, and i can't wait to see before and after pix man.

Went in today and did some tricep work, abs, rotator cuff work, and 30 minutes of cardio. Weight was 207 when I weighed at the gym today, so i'm not exactly sure how accurate that is...lol. Diet is still going well. Legs tomorrow. :)
 
Thought I would throw up a couple of pics, they didn't turn out quite like I wanted, I feel a little flat right now. But here is a back and leg shot. Be nice :insane2: I realize I have a long way to go and my posing sucks. I'll be posting better pics and a full set in a few weeks. Probably after a workout where I have a little more blood pumping.:)

hey jt thanks for posting the pics. first things first. i like the piggy bank and your walls are the same color as my bedroom walls.

ok...

you have nice wheels. i wish mine looked that good.

the back looks good. def can tell you been hitting it hard. you look much leaner from the back.

Rook, they are right at 27in but have lost a little since I started cutting, they were 28.5 3 months ago. I feel so small right now, like i've lost a lot of size and fullness, but I guess that's just due to the low carb intake.

Tman, I knew someone would notice the piggy bank...lol and I just painted the bedroom a month ago and surprised my wife while she was out of town:) I am holding some water which kinda washes me out and the flash seemed to do that, too. i see I need to bring my lats down a little lower and hit my lower back a little harder.

JT looking thick man. legs are awesome. back looks nice too. like the fade cut too. overall i'd say you are very well proportioned (sp). might wanna work on your...ummm really nothing is lacking that i can see. you look good man. keep it up.
 
Thanks a lot adida, you haven't seen the front yet. Delts and chest are lagging a bit since I started cutting, the water I was holding in my avitar covers it up a bit.
