Off today. Ate a questionable meal for lunch at a Jap. steakhouse. 6 pieces of supercrunch, fried rice, filet and shrimp. Not too bad but a few more simple carbs than normal, so I made up for it by eating Pro / Low Fat meals the rest of the day. Got in about 350g protein today. I need to get up to 400 and stay there consistently.
I'll be skipping chest and shoulders this week and doing my rotator work every day. I'm going to concentrate on doing more cardio and core work, too. Gotta get this shoulder back up to par, I like pressing some heavy weight and I can't right now. Don't mean I can't squat and pull, though
Current weight is around 210. I feel after hitting it hard this week, my abs will be a lot more visible. That's the last place it comes off for me.
