Rotator Cuff work

Did 45 minutes of cardio this morning on an empty stomache and some ab work, then trained this afternoon. Trying to kick it in high gear:) Shoulder felt very good and still does.
 
how much you weighin in at now bro? also got a question... what time of day do you take your glucosamine, chrondritin and msm? i was thinkin b4 bed with a meal would be best since you heal and recover in your sleep.

also 105x10 on incline dumbell is fuckin HEAVY! bet you were cashed after chest so shoulders was a bitch!

I weighed 207 this morning but i'm looking leaner so I don't think I can use the scales to judge anymore. I read somewhere to take one serving in the morning, and one at night before bed, so that's what I do.

Yeah, that chest work really kills my shoulder workout, but I think it's best, no need to hit shoulders twice a week. I love the upper body pump of chest and shoulders though. That 105 x 10 was actually a PR, never really tried them so I picked them up and repped it out. Had to drop back down b/c I didn't have as much stamina due to skipping chest/shoulders last week.
 
its says the serving is 3 pills a day with a meal...so take one in the morning and 2 before bed?

yea bro thats heavy... i can only get 95 on incline for like 5

45 minutes of cardio today 3.2 mph up a 12.0 incline. Heavy ab work and rotator cuff work. Back/Traps/Hams/Bi's tomorrow.
