I feel pretty good about my workouts lately. I can give you a better opinion in about 2 months after i've been on it for a while. Going for 420 x 5 today on DL's, maybe 430 x 5 if i'm feeling good:)

Thanks guys!! It was a tough 2 sets, may take it easy next week on deads b/c my lower back was shredded after today.

Side and Rear Lateral Raises - 7 sets.
Heavy ab work and rotator cuff work.

I haven't eaten well 4 out of the last 10 days, ate a large pizza last night and it was good:). Weight today was at 207. Hoping to make some progress the next couple of weeks. Felt good today, missed legs last week so i'm looking forward to hitting them tommorrow. Here's my new split:

Moday: Chest/Shoulders/Tri's
Tuesday: Quads/Hams
Wednesday: Light Bi's/Calves
Thursday: Off/Cardio
Friday or Sat: Back/Traps
Sunday:Off

I'm gonna see how I like this for a couple of weeks.
