LOL...come on t, I don't wanna see that crap right now...i'm already entertaining thoughts of scrapping this friggin diet and going back to bulking and being fat and happy:)

oh man, I could tear up a CiCi's buffet right now. I love the apple pizza deserts they have, too. I guess i'll just stick with my canned chicken and assorted nuts..mmmm, good:) I did buy some fresh salmon and tilapia last night.

Knew when I got under 275 today that my CNS just wasn't ready for a heavy leg day. I had a softball game late last night and I think it's been 3-4 years since I took off in a dead sprint. I feel like I strained both glutes...lol Went 3 for 4 though:)

nice workout. i think 370x5 atg is still pretty darn good hurt leg and all.

i kind of felt the same way under bench today. knew it would be tough day.

still an excellent day at the gym for you jt.

Thanks t, I used to be but i'm a little heavier now and i've lost some ROM. Do you watch college football much? If so, I took Alabama's previous QB yard about 425 feet to center about 8 years ago:) I amlost hit one out last week the second time up to bat in 4 years, so this week they had me batting clean up...lol It's fun but it's tough to wait on that slow pitch.

It was a tough workout but we all have them. I got me some Inzer knee wraps and I really like them. Tried them out today for the first time.

Lol. hope the first time the pitcher hits you in the head that you don't break the bat over your knee and hit him with it. damn test!:)

i do watch some college football. that is a long hr too.

liking the inzers huh. i don't use my wraps but i do have some apt's. they are alright i guess but more trouble than i want to put forth.
