Knew when I got under 275 today that my CNS just wasn't ready for a heavy leg day. I had a softball game late last night and I think it's been 3-4 years since I took off in a dead sprint. I feel like I strained both glutes...lol Went 3 for 4 though

If so, I took Alabama's previous QB yard about 425 feet to center about 8 years ago I amlost hit one out last week the second time up to bat in 4 years, so this week they had me batting clean up...lol It's fun but it's tough to wait on that slow pitch.
It was a tough workout but we all have them. I got me some Inzer knee wraps and I really like them. Tried them out today for the first time.
