You know what it is. I feel you there. I hate losing strength, but everytime i look in the mirror and i see the way i look with less fat/bloat i know it is worth doing for a little while (summer).

you should feel the same way. you are acheiving a goal and it is one that takes alot of dedication and hard work. be proud of that and know that your going to be bigger and stronger than ever as soon as you choose to make it happen. you are in control.

and you know you sexy now!
 
Thanks a lot t!! Makes me feel better. I just hate posting lower numbers each week, but you know what, that strength will come back, especially this fall:) When i'm walking down the beach and all the chicas are staring, they won't care how much I bench press...lol....cuz JT is damn sexy:druggie:
 
I am starting to really watch what I eat and upping the cardio myself JT...it does suck when your #'s go down but it's still nice to know you are stronger than a majority of the fat asses in the world. End goals are what we are striving for. My goal is to look as good as I can...more so than hitting PR's every week.

Thanks luq!! Preview pic may be coming up this weekend after back/bi's in some better lighting at the gym. Full pics after i've dropped some water and carb loaded in about three weeks.

Did 55 minutes of cardio today.

We need to move that Cardio to and even 60. Man you and Tmann are going to look great for the Summer.

LOLOL....Couldn't quite get in 60 minutes today, did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then lots of ab work and rotator cuff work. Weight is 195lbs.
 
You and your fucking cardio.


My idea of cutting is cutting out 1 of my 3 daily milkshakes.
