***UPDATE***

I ended up winning the competition on Saturday. No big deal but it was fun.

Squats
460 x 1 <-----PR

Bench
350 x 1 <-----PR (Finally got this and bumped that SOB out of the #3 position on the board:) )

Deads ( I was waxed after squats and BP si I didn't go too heavy, felt some pain in my hip and arm, too so I didn;t want to push it.
475 x 1


I'm going on vacation tomorrow for a week so I won't be back on here until Saturday. Looking to start the week of the 10th and get back on track. Sorry if I havent posted in your journal lately, i've been really busy.

that is real good jt. great job. still around 1300 total. very respectable imo.

Thanks t, gives me some goals to work towards...I was really happy to get the 350 up. I'm pretty beat up right now, though. Been doing a lot of heavy work lately, looking forward to getting back on my normal routine. Time to hit the beach:)

Do you get better results doing calve work on Leg Press then standing or sitting calve raises?
 
..............I saw way too many numbers and sets and stuff..but then I saw he's JT....i'll just approve and be on my way. big guys lifting..go figure..LOL!

Mulligan is getting stronger. He is an animal in the gym. when we leave after a workout he has been telling me he wants to do another right away. Mulligan may actually catch us but.......................................

He will have to wait because you the BRD bad ass.
