LOL...i'm still here, just not able to log in as often. We're piloting our software at a facility for the first time the last two weeks and i'm now the Team Lead over the implementation. Needless to say, it's been hectic. I'm back in it now though, bout to go hit some chest and shoulders. Sorry i've been gone lately bros :(

Thanks T! Flat DB was a little weak, but I haven't done those in several months.

Brat, I used to until I started gearing my workouts towards more of a powerlifting routine. Incline doesn't bother my shoulder as bad, so i'm switching to it over the next few weeks b/c i'm having some pain in my left shoulder joint.
