i don't use a belt on squates unless i go over 405 or so and i don't use a belt on deads unless i go over 450 or so. do you find it makes a difference for you at that weight?

I usually put a belt on when I go over 315, but I felt surprisingly stable yesterday without one.

I'm gonna pull a 69 and not weigh myself for a while and just eat like a damn horse.

Yeah, just a little, I still feel pretty strong, I just need to start doing some board work and rack presses. I got 350 about 5 weeks ago, and I think 300 x 5 woould have been a PR for reps if I would have nailed it today, so i'm doing ok for being natty.
