DB Curls

EZ Bar Curls
85 x 10
85 x 10
85 x 10

Rotator cuff work.
 
Nice workout JT. Those Incline Smyth presses put a lot of strain on your shoulder, probably more so than on free weights, no?

If you don't mind me asking, why are you doing inclines on the smyth machine and not free weights?

No, it puts about the same amount of stress on my shoulder as regular free weights. I just wanted to switch things up a bit.

Calves were still sore from last week so i'll be hitting them in a couple of days. I'm really dissapointed in my numbers lately, maybe it's because I started going lower. It's a mind thing I guess, oh well, just keep eating and hitting it hard.

for me, squats and bench always are affected by my frame of mind going in. trick is, dont think just get in the hole and throw the weight around

Just keep moving the weight you will work through it :druggie:
 
the hardest part for me post cycle is always getting my mental aspect going. i just go through the moves. just keep working out and the numbers will start to rise again. eat lots of good food and get lots of sleep.
 
Thanks everyone, I guess when you stay on for the better part of 6 months you get used to increasing numbers on a constant basis.:) It's all good, the gains will come.

Yea and if you do end up losing some size, it will just make your man-tool look bigger!
