Funny things is I almost did. I wanted to do more but I honestly couldn't. After the last set of deads I went into the aerobics room and laid down for about 5-10 minutes..lol. Man have I been sore the last couple of days and then went out and drank on Saturday night which is a no no. :spank:

Nice job...but your cable flyes seem light?? I think that's the weight I use for reps, but your bench is wayyyyyyyy heavier than mine...

It was a different machine and it was 40lbs on each side. :druggie:

I tweaked my back a little so i'm laying off deads and squats until it feels 100%.
