gym rat..haha! well, you're huge as fuck man! heck, people at my gym thinks i'm an olympic lifter/powerlifter because of the 1996 OLYMPIC sweat shirt that I wear because the gym there is cold. well, I couldn't blame them since wearing that sweat shirt and doing cleans/hang cleans/jerks would make then think that..haha!
 
box squats is a good choice IMO supplemented w\leg press.

I box squated 315 for 5 last time and i sat on the box(nice pause) and then exploded up :-)

Thanks adida...I've got a good break from now until Christmas but I hope to be here after the new year a good bit.

Luquillo, box squat numbers are usually lower b/c you actually sit down for a pause and then explode back up so it's somewhat harder than normal squats.
