lou has always been a soft hearted guy since the beginning, He loved to body build and always wanted to get to the top and prove he was the best. Well true be known he looks amazing, but wasn't the best, But the fact to this day he 'still has it' boggles my mind. and i imagine lou will be fit until he dies. It's in his blood, and nature.
