Looking at all the pictures of Lou in this thread, it appears to me that he make drastic improvements in his legs as he got older. His legs were definitely lagging in the younger pics but are quite respectable in the later pics. Lou's upper body (young and old) is unreal!

Arnold's legs were not too impressive either. Tom Platz was the king of legs!

Is legs really the first thing you watch when you meet him the first time ?
 
Arnold obviously has other things to do. Other than suing his own brother and still drawing a few bucks off his bodybuilding career Lou can't do much else..
 
Of course, Arnold has other thing to do ... like suing automobile car manufacturers or the Bush government for a wrong reasons : ecology. And that because he know that environnment is in fashion and is too much has everything won to make believe that he is ecological. However he drive a Hummer
 
Eh he can't even drive it unless he has a engineer with him... Its good for publicity but not yet practical or something he uses.
