Did you try any of the supplements such as digestive enzymes to help with your stomach yet or nay?

here is what I am taking to aid in digestion

-ginger root morn\night
-acidophilus morn\night
-papaya w\bromelain after each whole meal

-metamucil caps w\calcium before bed

thanks guys, havent stepped on the scale since january that is almost 3 months, and dont plan on weighin myself till mid april....and to quite honest i am nervous to see that i only gained 1lb hahaha

Hammer grip db's- 1x6,1x7 #110

Cybex shoulder press- 1x12 #15

Pushdowns- 2x30 #150

Hs abs- 3x10 #12

chest- #50 for 60 seconds
shoulders- 60 seconds
triceps- #30 for 60 seconds
 
Flat bench on the db's

-my shoulders were fryed after those heavy singles

Not sure at all, but all my lifts are up and I am fitting into my shirts\boxers tighter so I guess i am doin something right.

I cant focus on the scale cuse that can drive me crazy, I have to focus on the dinner plate and PR's
