Worked out and my old gym

3/20 legs

45 degree hack squat- #205 1x10, 1x12--- #185 1x20

Leg ext- #100 1x20, #160 1x10, #210 2x7

Pullthrus- #60 2x20

standing calves- 1x12 #100

cable ab pulldowns- #90 2x20

Cardio- 20 minutes

quad- 60 seconds
ham- 60 seconds

Worked out at my old gym so no adductors and used a plate load hack squat. Felt good, hammie feels great! I am not one for cardio cause i am a hard gainer, but i keep it extremly light in order to help recovery and speed up the healing of the hammie and seems to be working.

This rep scheme w\hack squats seems to be putting on some weight ot my legs so more than likley i will stick with this higher rep scheme for a little while.
 
Mr.69= 69inches = 5'9" i just got that...lol i don't know if thats how you mean it though, but i wont forget your ht now from now on.
 
thank JT, I actually didnt expect to be this lean this far into my bulk(with zero cardio) so..

I am going to bulk through summer.
