I lifted Monday Tuesday. Will start back 3 days a week starting Tuesday.

My weight today was 190.00. have gained 8 pounds within week and half.
I used some Mueller Elbow Braces due to my Elbows aching and it help alot.

Did not do cardio this morning. Will do it tonight.
 
Do you really think you gained a full 8lbs in that time? What about water retention? That's some nice benching at 190lbs, boss.
 
Great work man. You're on the right track to the 315 for sure :)
Are you doing a clean bulk now or somethin?

I can see some water in my arms and face. But weight is weight, will keep moving forward to the 315 bench

No just eating whatever. I do not eat alot of fast food, i normally cook at home. However last night I ate a whole pizza from Pizza Inn and some spaghetti.
