I'm doing chest wednesday, do you think two barbell presses would be good, or would 1 barbell and 1 dumbell be better? I was thinking an incline bench and then a flat dumbell press, and then maybe some dips. Thanks dude

Okay, I would prob Do 2 barbell press excercises, thats what I have always done B4 I have just been mixing it up abit. Alot of guys at my gym do Barbell then 2nd chest workout end of week with DB. Try it and see what works for U. I have never done Incline then Flat, but some people like that( I may try that next week myself). Dips are good always. Today I would have done them but was too tired. Damn I have pump I have to go, Im getting a pump from typing.
 
Well we're really good friends and we lift at the same gym, but we go at different times. I'd like to lift with him, we'll work something out. I'd like to try his routine also, he's a successful lifter and gives me a lot of insight
