Good workout. When you gonna try that 300?

Try getting some wrist bands/wrap; I had to get them because my wrists would bend back and they'd hurt and become stiff.

I have some wrist wraps. I used them after my wrist gave out.

yes exactly. but if the list were in order of importance i am sure it would look slightly different.

Nice pyramid on the bench mulligan. As far as the decline, sometimes the angles are off on the bench and i find it fucks me up as well. try DB declines as you can adjust the bench to your liking. This is of course assuming that they have a decline freeweight bench.

275 for a dbl i would say you are 6 weeks out from hitting 315

I think more like 3 months to maybe get it. I have to get my head into working out. Have felt like ot lately and need to ingest more food.
