Do you do less weight on barbell squats because of your spine?

Good to hear that you're not losing any strength at all on benching.

oh snap..

differnce is i take ALL my lifts seriuose (sp) and dont dick around w/the light wts knowing i can hit more..lol

but once i hit 225 the standard for bench will raise to the same..

damn that was like a punch in the pancrese.

just joking. you have a great point.

Mulls just does not like squats or deads. working out with him on those exercises is odd because one minute he is there doing them and the next he has run off somewhere else to hide.

On deads he looks like, well he looks very odd and uncomfortable.

Adida we both know your numbers are going up and you will own 225 for reps on bench very soon no doubt.

T i know you were poking fun at me..lol

and i use to feel the same way as Mulls about sqts/deads but once i realized i could lift this much wt and got my form down..i have yet to look back..also i think with greater infessis on his back/dead day at a minimmum will help increase his bench as his lats/back become stronger. i think ..well i would say more but you know as well as i do, Mulls is gonna do his thing..i just make it a point to try and harass and joking suggest he take it up a nothch while meaning it at the same time..lol
